Custom Silhouette Linocut Print order Package / Child Portrait / Block Prints / Keepsake

This listing is for a custom silhouette portrait package of your child completed in a traditional block printing method.

This portrait package includes:
4 hand pressed prints (choose from 8 x 10 or 11 x 14 inches)
The handcarved lino block used for printing your child's silhouette

Each portrait begins with a photograph of your child's PROFILE provided by you! Please send me your photo through Etsy messages, by clicking the "ask a question" button or "contact shop" button or "Request a custom order" button on this listing or within order the main shop page. Attach your photo to the message by clicking on "attach image" button.
Once I have received and approved your photo, your child's silhouette will be drawn and carved by me onto a linoleum block. The block will be inked with black water based ink and hand pressed onto eco-friendly, unbleached mulberry paper. You will receive FOUR PRINTS (perfect for sharing with grandparents, godparents, etc!) as well as the inked block used for printing. Because each print is inked and pressed by hand, there are slight variations making each one of a kind.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for completion after your photo has been submitted and approved. Your completed prints and block will be carefully packaged and shipped in a flat, rigid/non bend mailer.
