Delivery/Return/Damaged/Missing product:

• Please take a video recording of unboxing of the packaging when you receive it for any claim related to damaged/broken/missing product during transit OR related to wrong/missing product delivered to you.

• Without any video recording we wont be able to claim the damage from our shipping partner OR process for a refund/replacement of product.

• We use worlds best shipping service who are professional.

• Due to costly international shipping, we do not accept any returns.

Regarding Taxes/Duties:
It has to be paid by buyer.

In the case of return from customer:

• The customer needs to pay full freight charges for the product with original packaging and stickers.
After we receive the product and our inspection of the product we will issue a full refund/replacement.

• If the product is found to be damaged it is NOT eligible for return.

• If the product is without original packaging and stickers it is NOT eligible for return.

• We will initiate a full refund only after a complete inspection of the product/item.

• Marble is Beautiful & Strong, but also FRAGILE. Treat it with LOVE because it's breakable.
