Italian made mini pocket knife with gold plated steel and dark blue panels (actual color is more matte than what is pictured, I'll update with new photos soon!) wire wrapped onto 14kt gold filled chain with 14kt gold filled findings including heart charm order on the end clasp.

Necklace measures 16 & 3/4”
Knife measures 3/4" when closed, and 1 & 1/4" when open.
