PHOTO GUIDELINES
In order to achieve the best likeness and highest quality of your custom bobblehead, we require you to provide us great photos of high resolution. We require at least one front view headshot photo and we also recommend a profile photo. If you go with the head to toe 100% fully customization option, then don't forget to take a full body view photo as well. You can simply send the photos via ETSY conversations or email them to: justbobble [!at] justyling.com after you've placed your order online.

PROOFING SERVICE FOR UNLIMITED TIMES
Proofing is the interaction between the customer and our artist in which customer must give the approval on the custom bobblehead prior to shipping. This communication process is done via email soon after the purchase of most custom bobbleheads, except for those who want to rush the order within one week in which we will do internal proofing for customer only. Proofing is available to you on all standard body bobbleheads or fully customized head to toe bobbleheads except the 'Fastest' sculpting method (<1 week) due to time limitation. Please keep in mind that the ship date of your doll is directly affected by the amount of changes required for proofing. Please check your email's spam folder if you don't receive a proof after a long time or check with us directly for proofing status.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE
The standard timeline takes about 4 to 6 weeks for production plus 3 to 5 days for express shipping by DHL or TNT. Please also note that this is simply an estimated timeline since the more revisions you request to be made during the proofing process, the longer the whole process will take. The above estimated timeline assumes only 1-2 revision requests throughout the entire design process. If you'd like to receive your dolls much sooner, you can upgrade to rush order. STANDARD BODY V.S. HEAD TO TOE
The standard body bobblehead comes with a pre-made body, we cannot change the clothing style or body pose. However, we do can modify the clothing color or shoe color etc. We can add text/number or logo to the clothing, and we can add some small items or pets to the base. SHIPPING POLICY
We can ship to any worldwide destinations such as United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, UAE etc. We ship the custom bobblehead via DHL (US & Canada) & TNT (rest of the world). The shipping time is about 2-4 days as we ship via commercial express shipping. Please also make sure to send us your phone number as these commercial shipping requires it. We'll notify you of the tracking number once your custom bobblehead is shipped.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Due to the customization nature of our bobbleheads, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded once the production process has been started. There will not be any exceptions made as there is cost involved in each phase of the production process. We do reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason and at any time including inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or lack of clear and timely communication and/or refusal to provide additional revision details during the proofing process which rarely happens though.
