This particular one has been custom order made as a wedding gift and we engraved the letters and date provided by our client then filled them with the same color epoxy resin. When personalizing a gift you express your love and gratitude by very special, unique and remarkable way.

• CARE

All boards are freshly coated before order shipping with a mixture of food safe mineral oil and beeswax for immediate use upon arrival.
Charcuterie boards are generally used as a decorative & serving piece, if used to cut on there will be normal wear and tear damage that occurs with any cutting board.
Wash with hot water or eco detergent after use. Every half year coat with organic oil or beeswax.

• SHIPPING & ASSEMBLY

Orders generally take 3-4 weeks from start to finish, this is because we make each one by hand, and there is a curing time for the epoxy resin.

If your serving desk has been personalized, unfortunately there are no returns.

We use FedEx express delivery services for all of our worldwide shipments.
The goods have 100% insurance coverage, tracking number providing information about the delivery progress.
Delivery time depends on your location, but it's usually between 7-10 days for US, Canada and about a week to Europe.

All freight shipments are delivered in a secured custom crate. Please inspect the entire crate for any damages before signing for your furniture. DO NOT accept any freight delivery that has been damaged. Write us here or call us at 359.888.004746 immediately if damages occur via freight. RIVULETT Tables Design will process a claim immediately with the shipping carrier and work on replacing or repairing the item at no cost to you.
