Till 1980's you could see a rug loom in almost all houses in Turkey.Young girls weaved rugs for their dowries and many others also weaved rugs for supporting their family incomes.They reflected their feelings on the rugs and kilims and that way the type of patterns and colors became very rich in time.And I can even say that every Turkish rugs and kilims are unique and one of a kind.So you have so many alternatives for your home that it is almost unlimited.

I buy this old rugs directly from villagers.Then I cut long dirty piles and wash them with organic carpet shampoo.After all I take photos and list them on Etsy.So they are all clean now.

After you order the rug I check each rug carefully for bad odor and defects and I also take care of them if they need.And I finally pack them and ship to you.

If you order one of my rugs it will be ready to use whenever you open the package.

I take all the listing photos under daylight so that they show its color correctly.When you place the rug in your home its colors may look darker according to the light amount it takes.

You can vacuum clean all my rugs for daily cleaning and you can also wash the rugs with baby shampoo or carpet shampoo by hand.But please don't wash them in washing machine.
