Jeweled Prancer Lenox Carousel Animals 1997
This gorgeous carousel horse was issued by Lenox in 1997 as part of its Carousel Animals collection. It is called Jeweled Prancer because it has “jewels” on its saddle and forehead and, of course, it is prancing.
Like all Lenox Carousel Animals, order this is an original work of art individually handcrafted in fine bisque porcelain, beautifully hand-painted with meticulous attention to detail, then affixed to a golden pole on wooden base. He has 24 karat gold horseshoes and trim.
The condition is excellent.
The Jeweled Prancer is smaller than the other Carousel Animals. He is 7 inches wide and 6¼ inches tall. The last photo shows its size compared to one of the larger horses.
He has the original price tag affixed to the bottom - $149.95
