Base measures 8" x 2 1/2" and holder is 5 3/8" tall to top of roof. Weight is 1 pound. Not sure of wood type. but feels heavy like hardwood. Has old tape on bottom that reads from Italy $3-. Windows sound glass and the little cart looks well done.
House has small extension on side to house two pencils, each slot has metal ring around top. Holds thin pens and pencils best.
Has finish wear, scrapes scratches scuffs and imperfections from making process and still looks great. Fun Vintage Italian Folk Art!
