This piece is in overall fair condition. There could be minor paint flaws (please thoroughly examine all pictures and ask questions if there are any). While the building is in very nice condition, the figurine is a little rough. The front gentleman was repaired at the feet and the back gentleman was repaired at the neck. I highly encourage looking at the close up pictures I took of them to get an exact idea on their condition as some order of the original paint was lost while being repaired.
