SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped from London, UK via Royal mail, packed in protective bubble mailers.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Royal Mail 1st class delivery on all domestic shipping. This usually takes around 2-5 working days to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: All international orders are sent via Royal Mail international standard. This usually takes around 5-14 working days for Europe and 14-30 working days for rest of the world. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and based on the average time most orders take to arrive. Sometimes it can take a little longer - especially if the items are stuck in your country's customs system. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Then your package will be shipped via International Tracked Mail offering tracking at five points after dispatch as well as an online confirmation of delivery.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Please note we do not accept returns on our earrings for health and safety. However, happy to accept returns and exchanges on other items, refunds will be made once we receive the item unused and in its original condition, please make sure you use a bubble-wrap mailer and tracking service when sending any items back.
