Tile has a recipe mud mixed with Clay, Quartz and Kaolin. It is shaped in different techniques. After drying and retouching, a liquid, which we call primer, is made of high quality quartz and clay to give the body whiteness and depth after glazing. The dried forms are baked at 1000-1100 ºC and semi-finished products we call biscuits are obtained.

Three types of blends called "Wheel", "Casting" and "Press" are prepared by mixing the raw materials used in certain proportions.

In the impeller blend; plain wall plate, vase, flower pot and sugar bowl, in casting blend; trinket, glass, plate and ashtray, in press blend; plain or patterned wall plates are made. The raw materials coming from the quarries are first grinded and mixed with the flint stone in a mill. Plastic raw materials are blended, kept in pools for 1-2 days, then passed through a sieve or cloth and rested for 20-25 days. Non-plastic raw materials are also boiled and filtered and added to the blend. The rested blend is poured into gypsum molds after the closed water is taken or spread on old oven plates. Thus, the water ratio in the composition of the blend and the water ratio in the composition of the plastic materials are equalized. The casting blend is usually prepared in the impeller blend in the mills. In some workshops, certain proportions of flint is added to the wheel blend. Press blend is prepared dry.

Drying is done on shelves indoors in winter and outdoors in summer. Plates are glazed by spraying, other products by dipping.

It consists of furnaces made in the form of cylinders by lining bricks of different sizes, fire house and cooking sections. Shelves are dried in the cooking compartment. The fire is controlled from the "Eye" window of the cooking section, where the glass is cooked on both sides of the household section. The cooking temperature reaches 800 - 950 degrees in 11-14 hours. "Double Cooking" is applied, the first being at a lower temperature. The paints used in tile making are supplied from domestic and foreign sources.

The patterns transferred on the biscuit are distorted, painted, and covered with a glass layer we call glass. Glazed tiles are glazed fired at approximately 870-1000 ºC and the pattern is covered with glassy transparent glaze.
