Vintage Porcelain Serving Platter White Large Embossed Pattern T&V Tressemann (Tressemanes) and Vogt Made France French Country Dining Room.

This LARGE & HEAVY platter is a BEAUTIFUL example of French porcelain made by T & V (Tressemann Tressemanes & Vogt) in Venice, France. I do not know the EXACT age of this platter, but I believe it is definitely old enough to be considered vintage. The mark on the back shows what appears to be a Patent date of December 22, 1896. I believe this is the date that this particular pattern was first made. I do NOT know the name or number of this pattern. But isn't it LOVELY?

The platter is white, with kind of an iridescent-like TAUPE color on the edge. This platter weighs a whopping 3 POUNDS, without packaging! Measurements are approximately 15 3/4 inches LONG x 10 3/4 inches WIDE x 1 inch TALL.

I believe the platter is a RARE find, as I was unable to find another one like it anywhere on the internet. The platter is in nice vintage condition. There are NO chips, cracks, repairs or hard water stains. This platter is NOT new. It has been used and LOVED, so there are some scratches. But there is nothing that takes away from its beauty, in my opinion.

I was unable to find another platter EXACTLY like this one on the internet, so I believe it is quite RARE. Again, I was unable to find out the EXACT age of this platter, but I believe it is DEFINITELY old enough to be considered vintage.

Thanks for looking. Please ask, if you have ANY questions.
