Most sellers of the tower do not have any flags on their sites. Ours has 3 flags in this box. Also includes the 20th anniversary pin. Box has some wear and rips in the corners. The basules on this piece can be raised order and lowered manually. Beautiful gold accented bridge towers, with a 20th anniversary plaque at the base of the tower. non smoking pet free home.
