In the late 70s early 80s my family was in the toy making business order in Canada. We made mainly rings but also hand held gamed and clip on plastic pins. The Frog Engraved Brass shown here was uses for the later. These brass dies would then be placed in a master mold for create the finish product using a plastic injection molding machine. We used only plastic to make any of our products.More items to come as time goes on. All brass engravings we have on hand made in the 70s were made by my father, in the 80s either one of us. If early 80s probably him. These are vary RARE since usually only 1 or 2 of each engraving needed was made.I have looked around and not found anything like these. Since most toys were made in China the molds and dies are long gone. Usually scraped and material used over again. We have just keep saving them. We did receive many repeat orders also.
