From the Fisher Price website- order Willy's so silly, he'll have kids laughing as they play! This wacky whale combines the fun of a sprinkler with the delight of a bubble-blowing toy. Just pour in the bubble solution (not included), connect to a garden hose and turn on water. Willy spins around, water sprays out both sides and tons of bubbles float up out of his water spout! Durable plastic construction. This lawn sprinkler was released in 2000 and discontinued in 2001. The whale has some scuffs/scratches from storage/age. He is in WORKING condition. I suggest turning on the water pressure slowly once hose is hooked up.
