Handmade order Materials: Ceramic Dimensions: 6.5"x9.5"x8.5" Capacity 112ozs. / 31/2 quarts This casserole is made of stoneware clay, thrown on a potter's wheel, altered and fired to 2400* in a gas reduction kiln. It holds 31/2 quarts. (I do make a smaller one as well) It has a smooth , easy to clean liner glaze and a flat bottom to sit comfortably on the wire racks in the oven.
