Rare antique solid sterling silver sauce ladle in Enid pattern by A.F. Towle & Son Company first patented in 1894, and also known as Lunt's Chatelaine pattern
This beautiful pattern was designed by George C. Lunt & full of great American Silversmith history
This pattern features a fluted & beaded Acanthus motif neck
Measures 5-1/2” inches in length
Weight 30.3 Grams
Stamped & Hallmarked
A.F. Towle hallmark, (skeleton key)
along with “Sterling” on the back of the handle
In great antique condition with normal signs of wear
No damage or monograms present
I have polished with a soft cloth
Tiny surface scratches that can easily be removed by a professional order buffing
