I am a chemical engineer and i have a 4 years needle felting experience. So far, I have made nearly 90 portraits of different pets (cat and dog) with 100% satisfaction, you can see the examples in the pictures. Each item is made of 100% fine sheep wool by poking thousands of time.

Portrait Customization Process:
The work time is from 5 – 7 business day. However, you can guess that since it is a special order, I will have to queue your order and send you the estimated delivery time privately.

1. Please send me high-resolution photos of your pet (dog and cat, or if you have another animal friend please contact us) preferably at different angles and choose one of pictures for base. You can see the example pictures. Please feel free to make custom request if you needed something different.

2. The portrait photos will be sent to you before the finishing. I will edit the little details you want for you before shipping.

About the Return Policy:

There may be slight differences from the original picture in each order. I will always try to my best to capture all the details of your pets but please understand it could not be same as original. However, you can be sure that the image in the photo you see will be obtained.
