Art Deco Whiting & Davis Dresden Enamel Fine Mesh Purse/Handbag in Original order Box

Very collectible circa 1920s enameled fine mesh purse in pretty shades of pale beige, darker beige and rich green. It has a silver tone frame and green enameling. A nice paper clip chain allows you to swing this purse from your wrist. Lined in pretty cream silk. The frame has the Whiting and Davis stamp. The interior is order clean. Best of all, this purse comes in the original box, which is also in great condition. There is some tarnish on the silver tone frame but the mesh is in fine condition and all the tassels are there. The purse measures 6 1/4" from clasp to bottom of the tassels and is 3 3/4" wide at the frame end. Box measures 5 3/4" tall by 4 3/4" wide.
