This material is hand dyed and woven in Africa by the natives. The process is done with mud, clay, sand and than hand painted and sewn.
Many of the African mud cloth designs tell a story in the way they are painted. Spot clean or hand wash, There will be some fading due to the natural dye process,

The Mud cloth has a minimalistic look, They have a simple some what modest look and organic texture. The style also goes well with the farmhouse to urban home, due to its simple look and texture.
