Heavy duty vintage Russell & Erwin door closer. Looks like it has an adjustment knob. 1 arm measures approximately 12" long, the other 9".
Cap on the end has marking Model c 26.
Some scuffs and paint splatter, some grime and grease, parts seem to move correctly. It's heavy and will surely close your door! Please review all of the photos so you can determine if it will work for you.
