I have been asked several dozen times for a female version of my Manard character. Meet Elly Mae! She is sure to tickle your funny bone. This quality hand made puppet may also be used as a ventriloquist figure is carefully created by professional puppet and character designer and artist Bob Wolanin.

Elly Mae 1/2 body professional hand puppet / ventriloquist character comfortably hugs your hand. It is easy to convey a rich range of emotions by scrunching your hand, etc. Ideal for children and adults!

NO cheap pom-pom eyes and pipe cleaner appendages here!

Approx. 15" high my high quality puppets are made with quality materials. Handmade eyes. Not Styrofoam like other puppet makers. Created from durable and colorful fleece material. The hair on top of the head is made of feather boa which creates fantastic movement and life with little arm or hand movement. The mouth is specially designed to pop open to reduce fatigue on the puppeteer's hand. My method is not elastic like other puppet makers so it will last the entire lifetime of the puppet.

Elly Mae has hand made eyes. Her freckled face and bucked front teeth adds amazing character to this delightful young lady.

An arm rod is available from my Etsy page under the puppet category on the upper left of the page. You can choose the style of arm rod from the drop down list under the arm rod listing. When ordered at the same time as the puppet there is no extra shipping charge. If ordered separately on it's own, there will be a shipping charge.
