It is very important to choose the best photo possible! The better quality your photo is, the more detailed your painting will be. If you have multiple photos and you aren't sure which is best, feel free to send me multiple. Again, the better quality the photo, the better your painting will be!

CANVAS PRICING:
Canvas prices are based on square inches. The larger canvas you order, the better value you will per square inch.

Optional Add Ons (please message me directly for these add-ons and I can create a private listing for you and your unique pricing package):

Additional Pets: $40 upcharge per pet. Original pricing is based on one pet per canvas.

Custom Background: $40 upcharge. Original pricing includes a solid background color or a simple blend of similar colors (ex. grey/cream/white blend).

Examples of custom backgrounds:
- scenery
- decorative props
- pattern
- anything else that isn't a simple color/blend

Canvas Quality Descriptions:

•Traditional Canvas is the most common choice for my past clients. The inner-wooden frame is very sturdy but it may warp over time depending on the climate and humidity of your order area. I recommend choosing a traditional canvas in most cases, especially for smaller canvas sizes.

•Heavy-Duty Canvases are thicker and higher quality than traditional canvases. They have a thick inner wooden frame that tends to be less likely to warp over time depending on climate and humidity. I would recommend heavy-duty canvases for all canvas sizes, but especially larger canvases for a more professional gallery look.

Any uncompleted orders (orders that don't come with a photo within 48 hours) will be canceled and refunded unless we communicate otherwise.

****Revision Policy:****

Once the client's portrait is completed and the artist sends a photo to request approval, the client may request one set of revisions (within reason) for no additional cost.

Examples of revisions that are within reason include:

- altering the pet's eye color

- adding/removing small details

- altering the background color

- adding the pet's name to the portrait

Any changes that require the artist to start over any portion of the painting may be rejected. The artist can ultimately decide which changes are or are not within reason.

After the first set of revisions are made, each additional request for revisions will cost an additional 10% upcharge.

If revisions are made and the client still rejects the portrait, the client will receive a 60% refund of the portrait cost and the portrait will not ship.

Shipping fees (if any were paid) will be refunded in full.
