Limoges Fisherman with Boat on Water Peint Main France Trinket Box order

Limoges France Peint Main Hand Painted Fisherman with Boat by Dock on Water Trinket Box. The boat is signed with a name...I just can't determine exactly what it is. There are also 2 pairs French flags painted on the dock poles. The clasp is designed like a fish. The inside of the box has a painted oar. The trinket box measures 1.75" tall x 2.25" wide. The box is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Normal light wear is to be expected on the vintage trinkets.
